21 Questions for Couples

How to play 21 questions

  1. Pick a set

    Sweet for a first round, deep for a quiet night, flirty for later. Or shuffle all 63 and draw at random.

  2. Take turns asking

    One partner asks, the other answers honestly. Then swap. Twenty-one questions each is the classic version; ten each is the quick one.

  3. Passing costs something

    You can always pass, but a pass costs a sip, a kiss, or a dare of the asker's choosing. That is what keeps everyone brave.

  4. Follow-ups are free

    One follow-up question per answer does not count toward the 21. Some of the best conversations live in the follow-up.
