How to play truth or dare as a couple

1. Set a heat level together. Decide up front whether tonight is sweet, flirty or spicy. You can always move up a level later; moving back down is harder.
2. Take turns asking. The asker says “truth or dare?”, the other partner chooses, and the asker picks a prompt from the matching list below.
3. Agree on a penalty for passing. A sip, a kiss, or a smaller dare. Passing must always be allowed, but it should cost a little.
4. Keep score if you like. Every completed dare or honest truth is a point. The loser plans the next date night.
